The only problem is, their bite is off, they have 2 teeth that need to come out and a whole host of additional work just to make a healthy smile. You make this patient happy by developing a treatment plan that's centered around your philosophy, not theirs. If they want invisalign and they need it too, perfect. However, if they want this clear braces alternative and they still have restorative work that needs to be done, then I'd say that it is imperative to serve our patients by making it a must that they take care of their clinical needs first.
